Ms. Tanika Dean Harris is a native of Greensboro, NC. She is a proud graduate of NC A&T State University. She holds a BS degree in early childhood education. She worked with auxiliary units on both the high school and collegiate level. Ms. Tanika marched on Golden Delight as a majorette and dancer for the Blue and Gold Marching Machine. She is currently in her 19th season as Golden Delight Staff.Ms.

Tanika is currently the owner / CEO of Tanika Dean & Co LLC, the umbrella company for a Tanika Dean Dance Studio, TD Dance Agency and Tanika Dean Events. Ms. Tanika loves teaching baton twirling and all genres of dance to youth and adults as well as managing dancers for performances within professional artists in the industry.

She is a member of Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority, Inc and the Greensboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is the owner/ President of her own chain of daycares Educational Playtime Too! Inc and has recently expanded to other states.
